What we spend and how we spend it

The joint capital resource use plan shows the planned use of capital funding for the coming financial year for Central East Integrated Care Board and its partner NHS trusts and foundation trusts.

ICBs plan and oversee how the majority of NHS money is spent in their and makes sure health services work well and are of high quality.

Every month we publish information on the payments we have made which are over £25,000. 

Our financial strategy sets out how we plan to use NHS money in our area. Our aim is to make sure every pound we spend improves health and care for our population.

Central East ICB has a responsibility to ensure a consistent, transparent and effective approach to the procurement, commissioning and contract management of goods, services and works.
