Karen became Chief Executive on 1 December 2021. Karen is the Accountable Officer for the Trust and carries full responsibility for the Trust’s strategic direction, performance, planning, business management and development. She is also the Joint Chair for the Hertfordshire Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Autism Health and Care Partnership, and the Senior Responsible Officer for the Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Programme across the Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care System.
Karen is passionate about ensuring that people with mental health issues and learning disabilities can receive the care and support they need to help them live their best possible life.
