As Director of People and Culture, Tania provides strategic leadership for ICB workforce and organisational development, making sure that the ICB attracts, develops, and retains a skilled, motivated, and diverse workforce.
She joined the ICB from Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board (ICB) where she had been Chief People Officer.
Tania has been working in the NHS for over 20 years and has had a variety of HR roles.
