Central East Integrated Care Board (ICB) is committed to the highest standards of probity, transparency, and accountability in all its activities. This policy sets out the principles and requirements for managing conflicts of interest (COI) and standards of business conduct, supporting robust governance, operational consistency, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. It aligns with NHS England’s ‘Managing Conflicts of Interest in the NHS’ guidance (2024), the Health and Care Act 2022, the Bribery Act 2010, the Fraud Act 2006, and the Equality Act 2010. The policy ensures that all relationships and decisions lead to clear benefits for patients and the public, represent value for money, and maintain public trust.
