As Director for Neighbourhood Health and Partnerships for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, Pam leads work with place-based partnerships for this area. Her role is to make sure that services are designed and delivered to meet local needs by collaborating with local health and care services and other key partner organisations.
Pam joined the ICB from Mid and South Essex ICB, where she was Alliance Director for Basildon and Brentwood and Executive Director for Primary Care.
She is also a senior honorary lecturer in Physiotherapy at the University of Essex.
A physiotherapist by profession, Pam has worked in many senior health roles across the East of England. Pam is passionate about neighbourhood working and the role of primary care and the voluntary sector to improve the experience of our citizens and reduce their utilisation of services, through building really strong partnerships.
