As Executive Director of Finance, Resources and Contracts, Sarah leads the ICB’s financial strategy, making sure that resources are planned, allocated, and managed to deliver sustainable services that deliver high quality care and improved health outcomes. Sarah also oversees contracting, procurement, and estates to maximise value and support the ICB’s priorities.
She joined the ICB from Cambridgeshire and Peterborough ICB where she was Chief Finance Officer.
She previously worked for NHS England in the East region as Deputy Regional Director of Finance and supported research and development activity and complex business transformation at AstraZeneca.
Sarah is a Chartered Accountant by profession, with a background in healthcare and the pharmaceutical industry.
