Time – 12pm to 2.30pm
Venue – TBC
Link – The link to the meeting will be available 5 working days prior to the meeting
Papers will be available 5 working days prior to the meeting
Public Questions and Responses will be available following the meeting

Attending a Board meeting

You are welcome to attend any public Board meeting as an observer.

In person meetings

If you are attending a meeting ‘in person’ you will be able to listen to the discussion but not join in as the Board is a meeting held in public, not a Public Meeting.

Online or virtual meetings

You can also join meetings online via Microsoft Teams. We will share the link for each meeting on this page in good time before the meeting. If you join online, please put your speaker on mute (this will help to reduce background noise) and turn your camera off. As this is a meeting ‘in public’ but not a Public Meeting, you will not be able to use a ‘chat’ facility to comment or ask questions.

Asking a question to the board

During each meeting, there is time allocated to answer questions from the public. If you would like to ask the Board a question, please submit your questions no less than three working days in advance of the meeting by emailing [email protected].
